Modern world is all about outperformers. For most part, the
future opportunity gap between, say a top 400 in JEE versus a 4000 rank, or an
AIIMS MBBS vs other, or an Ivy league Graduate/MBA vs others is very high.
A look at their profiles will tell us that outperformers
come from all backgrounds. Most have had common training and schooling and
resources. Yet, they do something which makes them different. To be an
outperformer, one has to grasp fast, focus on goals, overcome thought biases,
have mental toughness and be a universal learner. And such mental progress
happens in early years.
7 to 14 years of age is very critical to develop IQ, EQ and
thinking patterns and habits. Once this is missed, the catching up is very
difficult for kids, despite best of tuitions, coaching classes, and hard work. Parents and kids undergo a lot of stress and
anxiety once the competitive levels start, without realizing what was lacking
in their approach. On the other hand, toppers seem to be doing it with much
less effort and stress.
The coaching classes and schools or subject based courses
only focus on linear and practice learning within set parameters, while IQ, EQ
development involves an intensive non-linear, open ended and heuristic based
approach.
With that objective, we have developed a program based on
Chess, Sudoku and a small mix of puzzles with focus on developing 4 dimensions
of mental learning. Based on solid experience and designed and executed by one
of the best brains in the country, this program will take your child step by
step, higher in mental faculties, and prepare her for being ready to take the
top spots in her field/competitions….without undergoing rigorous stress and
anxiety.
The learning pattern is heuristic based i.e. we use chess
etc as a medium to develop brain to see situations, competitive planning etc.,
and then transfer the learning pattern to other subjects. It is non linear,
which means there will be different mental faculties working at different
levels in each problem. It is open ended which implies that unlike a math
tuition where the goal is to get proficiency in math, here we are not focused on teaching chess but
on goals of the program.
