Continuing with my passion for imparting learning skills to children, I Am Happy to share that we shall be able to take in more children for the “Learning for Success” program in this year, starting April 2019. This is in addition to my commitment to LifeSchool program and Aranyaani Forests.
The objective of this program is 3 fold:
- Develop IQ, EQ, and thinking habits: 7 to 14 years of age is very critical to develop IQ, EQ and thinking patterns and habits. Once this is missed, the catching up is very difficult for kids, despite best of tuitions, coaching classes, and hard work. The primary tool is Chess, assisted by Puzzles
- Transference: Ability to apply the learning pattern to different subjects, and increasing difficulty/different levels. Most children do not realize that solving arithmatic till 5th Std, is very different in approach to algebraic functions that come later. Similar transitions happen across subjects.
- Creativity and Structure of Subjects: Recreate a world of topics around the child that can relate to the curriculum subjects; this helps bring enthusiasm back about subjects.
Features:
- Individual planning and focus to take the child from current level to next one; Assessment and progress mapping for each child, shareable with parents. Initial discussion session with Parents.
- Class to be held ONCE a week in post school hours/weekend; 2 hours per session
- Program shall run from April till January; Batch starts from 2nd April.
- Fees: Rs. 1200/- per month
